Hello, I'm Nicole Scott (Ngati Porou, NZ pakeha)

I am passionate about supporting women's health and well-being. I offer science-based guidance on reproductive health, pre-conception journeys, postpartum recovery, REDs/LEA, and nutrition tailored to suit you and your lifestyle. I support girls, women, and all menstruating bodies to foster non-restrictive connections to food. I provide personalised advice that considers your goals, lifestyle, culture, and needs in mind. I believe balance is the key to well-being. It's important to have a healthy relationship with all food. I encourage you to see exercise as a privilege to move rather than using it to burn away calories or foods consumed, and gently help you let go of any guilt associated with eating or exercise.
